Menstrual cycles come in all shapes and sizes; your experience is unique to you. This means that no matter what pain or discomfort you may experience (physical, mental, emotional), you are not broken or flawed.

Menstrual cycle awareness reminds us of our cyclical nature and encourages us to stop fighting with our bodies but instead to work with them.

    The menstrual phase
    Rest, reflection, vision
    You’ll receive a Yoga Nidra practice to support nourishing rest & journal prompts for deeper awareness.

  • Snow drops

    DAY 2: Inner Spring/Waxing Moon

    The follicular phase
    Rising, renewal, new beginnings
    You’ll receive a short yoga practice to support your re-emergence & rising energy, as well as journal prompts for deeper awareness.

    Retreat, preparation, clarity
