My Approach

I offer 1:1 sessions that bring together my background as a mental health occupational therapist, yoga teacher, and holistic life coach to support you in a personalised, integrative way. These sessions help you reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and move towards meaningful, sustainable change.

Drawing on a blend of practical strategies, embodied movement, reflective conversation, and nervous system support, we explore what may be impacting your wellbeing, such as stress, burnout, life transitions, or disconnection, and build tools and rhythms that feel aligned and realistic for you.

Rooted in cyclical living and a connection to nature, my approach invites you to tune into natural rhythms, both within your body and in the world around you, so you can work with your energy rather than against it.

While informed by occupational therapy, these sessions are not clinical treatment, but a holistic space for self discovery, growth, and gentle transformation. Together, we consider the whole of your experience, mind, body, and spirit, drawing on the yogic framework of the Pancha Kosha to support wellbeing across every layer of your being.

Please note: ‘therapeutic yoga’ is not yoga therapy.
