Sacroiliac Joint-Stabilising Sequence
This sequence was originally devised by yoga therapist, Mukunda Stiles, to relieve lower back pain. This version is an adaptation by Uma Dinsmore-Tuli to support pelvic health at all stages of a women’s life.
Through rhythmic movements and conscious breath, this sequence nourishes and strengthens the pelvic organs, muscles, bones and joints, relieving pain and improving pelvic integrity.
