The luteal phase, or the pre-menstrum, is the transitional phase of moving inward. This is a time of inner preparation, where the truth is illuminated and you feel a need to protect your energy. Tuning into your intuition is vital at this time. Often this voice is considered ‘crazy’ and problematic, but this may be due to a lack of self-awareness, feeling stressed or burnt out. When you give yourself the time and space to listen, the truth is illuminated and shows what is deeply important to you.
Pre-menstrual tension or stress is often a by-product of not paying attention to the subtle signs of what you need, as well as stress & exhaustion.
